This gallery shows hand-colored postcards.  The images are the work of E. L. Merrow, C. E. Vale, E. C. Eddy, and John Hemmer.  Black and white images were hand-colored by various individuals and sold as postcards.  The Tufts Archives has a collection of over 500 different cards.
