Historic:

This gallery includes images of the village of Pinehurst from the earliest days in 1895.  Images show the village street scenes, the curvilinear Olmsted design, the Carolina Hotel, the Holly Inn, and the Theater Building.  These images are representative of the thousands of available images, which are for sale, in the Tufts Archives that feature the seventy-five years of Tufts family ownership.

This gallery includes historic images of the best amateur and professional golfers, at Pinehurst, including:  Walter Hagen, Sam Snead, Arnold Palmer, Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, Horton Smith, Bobby Jones, Harvie Ward, Babe Zaharias, and Peggy Kirk Bell.  Also included are historic images of the first four Pinehurst courses, and images from the North & South tournaments, the 1936 PGA Tournament, and the 1951 Ryder Cup Matches, all played in Pinehurst.  All which are for sale.
